Madison Logic Team

Alex Grombala is a Sr. Customer Success Manager at Madison Logic. Alex has been working with the Customer Success & Campaign Operations team in the San Francisco office for over a year. We asked Alex about his experience working at Madison Logic!

What initially drew you to Madison Logic and how did you know it was right for you?

Before working at Madison Logic, I worked at Gartner in San Francisco with a few of their marketing products and kept coming across “ABM” as the next big thing in marketing/advertising. After reading various Gartner research pieces on the subject, it was pretty clear that Madison Logic was a leader in the space and already doing something that all B2B companies would need to be adopting over the next few years. I felt strongly about moving to a smaller company that was ahead of the game, and knew it was the perfect fit after meeting the West Coast team.

What was your first role at Madison Logic and how did that turn into the role you have today?

I was hired as a Customer Success Manager in early 2019 and since then have been promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager due to exceeding revenue goals.

What do you most enjoy about working for Madison Logic and why?

The people! The industry! I love working with super intelligent people from different backgrounds in a niche industry. We are the only people that do what we do.

What characteristics does someone need to be successful with this company?

Adaptability, flexibility, creative/strategic thinking, and having stellar organization and listening skills are top characteristics needed to be successful.

How did you and your team get to know each other?

Our team got to know each other through plenty of lunches, dinners, coffee breaks, happy hours & trips to HQ in NYC! In the time of COVID-19, we all stay in touch everyday via Slack and Zoom. My favorite part about the West Coast team and my CS peers is that everyone respects each other, values each other’s opinions, and works on constructive feedback to improve/grow together.
